DESCRIPTION
Cooper Bussmann offers a heavy duty modular fuse panel called the LMI [Little Block". The LMI is connected with a large fused main battery connection branch with primary fuse or circuit breaker at the battery end (sold separately) feeding the input module and branches out via the busbar to accept two up to six individual outgoing industry standard Midi/AMI fuses.
On our webstore you can buy all of these componants individually as follows:
LMI Input Module
LMI Midi Fuse Holder
Busbar - available in 3 hole to 7 hole configuration depending on the number of fuse holders you need
Midi fuses for each outgoing circuit
The Input Module has 1 x large 5/16 (M8) single stud with nut for the incoming cable connection from the battery. You then add as many Fuse holders as required (2-6) with the input module and busbar to connect them. These fuse holders clip together to make a modular busbar arrangement. Best practice is to install the input module in the centre of the block with the highest current output circuits closest to the input module.
Fuse holders have 2 x 3/16" (M5) studs with nuts. You will need cable lugs with 5 or 6mm hole size max. These are ideal for inline fuse protection for a single circuit or for a multi circuit fuse block/busbar set up with the following components:
• 1 x Input Module (single bolt input)
• 2 to 6 outgoing Fuse holder circuits connected to the input module by busbar
• 1 x busbar (1 hole for

Switch Panel
The Boat switch panel can be thought of as a general panel and light switch assembly. The switch panel looks simple while still maintaining the functions of various switches. The switch panel allows cables and wires to be routed through the bottom or rear panel holes. Switches are located on the surface of the panel, while cables, terminals, and other components are hidden in plastic and metal enclosures.
If you are starting to increase the amount of electrical equipment on board, then it is time to consider installing a Boat switch panel so that you can keep them all in one place. It will be easier to control all the electronics on your ship this way.
Marine switch panels usually have the following options
Switch Types (rocker switch, toggle switch, pushbutton switch)
Switch Light Colors (blue, white, red, etc.)
Switching Positions (ON-OFF, ON-ON, ON-OFF-ON, etc.)
Circuit Breakers and Other

About Car Fuse Box
Cars have various electrical components that require a fuse to protect against short circuits. There are two fuse boxes, one located near the engine or under the hood and the other is located near the driver seat.
The car fuse box under the hood protects engine components including engine control unit (ECU), cooling fan, ABS motor and battery. Whereas the fuse box near the dashboard protects cabin components like power windows, interior lights, radio or infotainment system and turn signals.
Let`s delve a bit deeper to understand how car fuse boxes work and what their types are.
A car fuse box has a series of different fuses, relays and diodes to protect the electrical circuits from overload or short circuit. The fuse box is powered directly by the battery. The wires from the fuse box connected to the vehicle components that need protection.
The fuses consist of a wire conductor that breaks when the current exceeds the ampere limit. The ampere limit is usually defined on each fuse along with different colour codes. Placing the right fuse with the correct ampere is integral for protection.

Relay
Since relays are switches, the terminology applied to switches is also applied to relays; a relay switches one or more poles, each of whose contacts can be thrown by energizing the coil. Normally open (NO) contacts connect the circuit when the relay is activated; the circuit is disconnected when the relay is inactive. Normally closed (NC) contacts disconnect the circuit when the relay is activated; the circuit is connected when the relay is inactive. All of the contact forms involve combinations of NO and NC connections.
SPST-NO (Single-Pole Single-Throw, Normally-Open) relays have a single Form A contact or make contact. These have two terminals which can be connected or disconnected. Including two for the coil, such a relay has four terminals in total.
SPST-NC (Single-Pole Single-Throw, Normally-Closed) relays have a single

New Energy Car Development
The development of new energy cars, also known as electric vehicles (EVs), is currently experiencing significant growth and advancements. Several factors have contributed to this development:
1. Technological advancements: There have been significant advancements in battery technology, enabling EVs to have longer ranges and faster charging times. Lithium-ion batteries, solid-state batteries, and other emerging technologies are being researched and developed to improve the performance and efficiency of EVs.
2. Government policies and incentives: Many governments around the world are implementing policies and offering incentives to promote the adoption of EVs. These include tax credits, subsidies, and grants for EV purchases, as well as regulations to reduce emissions and promote clean transportation.
3. Increasing environmental concerns: The need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and combat climate change has led to a growing focus on clean energy alternatives. EVs produce zero tailpipe emissions, making them an attractive option for environmentally conscious consumers.
4. Infrastructure development: The expansion of charging infrastructure is crucial for the widespread adoption of EVs. Governments, private companies, and organizations are investing in the installation of charging stations in public spaces, workplaces, and residential areas to support the growing number of EVs on the road.
5. Growing consumer demand: As EV technology improves and becomes more affordable, consumer interest in electric vehicles is increasing. The demand for EVs is driven by factors such as lower operating costs, reduced maintenance requirements, and the availability of a wide range of models from var

What are the types of fuses
There are several types of blade fuses used in the world. The most common ones include:
1. Mini Blade Fuse (ATO): This is the most widely used blade fuse and is commonly found in cars, trucks, and other vehicles. It is used to protect various electrical circuits such as lights, radios, and accessories.
2. Micro Blade Fuse (ATM): These smaller blade fuses are commonly used in newer vehicles and are designed for lower amperage circuits such as the ones used for electronics, infotainment systems, and small motors.
3. Maxi Blade Fuse: These larger blade fuses are used in heavy-duty applications such as trucks, RVs, and boats. They are capable of handling higher amperage circuits like those used for air conditioning systems, power seats, and larger motors.
4. Low-Profile Mini Blade Fuse (LP-Mini): These fuses are similar to the mini blade fuses but have a shorter height, making them suitable for tight spaces or applications with limited clearance.
5. Mini Fuse (APM/ATC
